Training & Quality Coordinator

Sharon joined MSI in 1996 as a Community Manager. Sharon served exceptionally as a community manager and was promoted to Director of Community Management, where she supervised a group of Community Managers in addition to representing MSI with several valuable HOA client communities.
Sharon was promoted in 2001 to Training and Quality Coordinator. Sharon is involved in administering extensive training programs to Community Managers.  Prior to her arrival at MSI, Sharon earned a degree in Recreation Leadership from Prince Georges College and amassed 10 years of experience in the personnel industry.
